The project is based on the use of a PN structure with the addition of 6 new columns equal to the existing ones, with their corresponding beams to support the mezzanines that will be made with a C profile framework on which the STELL DECK will be supported. The walls will be made dry, the exterior covered with bricks. For the main front there is a glass curtain wall.
The definition of the parking lot is tentative, because I am not clear about the measures of the lot (which estimates them of an existing PDF) and also if the site has vehicular access from the Via Atelliani.
