Lo spirito di unità e condivisione sono l'essenza del meraviglioso progetto che ci avete presentato con Neverland, e abbiamo voluto rifletterlo nel design della proposta.
Tenendo conto delle loro aspirazioni e della ragionevolezza del costo, si è deciso di progettare 3 case/appartamenti identici e raggrupparli nella parte superiore della trama in modo che tutti potessero sfruttare al meglio la vista sull'oceano e sul tramonto.
Ciò consente di liberare il resto della trama verso il basso per sfruttare al meglio le aree condivise e ricreative senza interferire con i panorami.
Il funzionamento delle case permette a tutti di aprire i propri soggiorni sul terrazzo comune, permettendo di integrare interno ed esterno a proprio piacimento, mentre le zone intime (camere da letto e bagni) sono sul retro della casa per preservare la propria privacy. e proteggerli dal rumore che di solito si trova nelle aree sociali.
Gli spazi comuni sono costituiti da un ampio terrazzo per prendere il sole, con docce esterne ai lati per rinfrescarsi durante tutta la giornata, sede di un'eventuale futura piscina, un deck in legno facile da montare e costruire in cui collocare un area per barbecue o pranzi all'aperto, un grande tavolo dove possono accomodare la famiglia e gli amici invitati, una fossa del fuoco per fare falò al tramonto e un'area giochi come una grande sabbiera in cui giocare a bocce, calcio, badminton, ecc; il tutto pensato per godere appieno del posto meraviglioso che hanno scelto per continuare a celebrare la loro amicizia.

The spirit of unity and sharing are the essence of the wonderful project that you have presented to us with Neverland, and we wanted to reflect that in the design of the proposal.
Taking into account your aspirations and the reasonableness of the cost, it was decided to design 3 identical houses / apartments and group them in the upper part of the plot so that all of them could make the most of the ocean and sunset views.
This allows the rest of the plot to be released downwards to take better advantage of the shared and recreational areas without interfering with the views.
The function of the houses allows everyone to open their living rooms to the shared terrace, allowing the interior and exterior to be integrated as you wish, while the intimate areas (bedrooms and bathrooms) remain at the back of the house to preserve their privacy and protect them from noise that can usually be in social areas.
The shared areas are made up of a large terrace to sunbathe, with external showers to the sides to cool off throughout the day, the location of a possible pool in the future, a wooden deck that is easy to assemble and build in which locate an area for barbecues or outdoor meals, a large table where family and friends invite guests, a fire pit fire to have bonfires at sunset and a play area as a large sandbox in which to bocce, football, badminton, etc; all designed to fully enjoy the wonderful place they have chosen to continue celebrating their friendship.
