tre blocchi di due livelli, separati tra loro, con parco lineare, che culmina nella zona barbecue e piscina.
Ogni blocco residenziale dispone di spazi semipubblici (soggiorno cucina al piano terra) e al primo piano è stato distribuito il settore notte unito da una scala monumentale, oltre ad un ampio terrazzo belvedere, che presenta un'altra scala indipendente.

Dear Client, thank you for the opportunity, create a project in search of obtaining a harmonic and modern set, I propose
three blocks of two levels, separated from each other, with a linear type park, which culminates in the barbecue and swimming pool sector.
Each residential block has semi-public spaces (living room kitchen on the ground floor) and on the first floor the night sector was distributed joined by a monumental staircase, in addition to a large viewpoint terrace, which has another independent staircase.
