Si propone uno stile semplice, mediterraneo e luminoso. La proposta è stata pensata per godere a pieno degli spazi esterni e della vista mare. Fondamentale è stata la ragionevolezza del costo di attuazione della proposta. Superficie disponibile di circa 200 mq complessivi, 65 mq per ogni casa. Ci sono 3 case indipendenti (per 3 amici). Le 3 unità sono in blocchi separati. Inoltre, c'è una piscina a forma di cascata con vista sul mare.
La casa tipica dispone di accesso, cucinino, sala da pranzo, soggiorno, camera secondaria con letto matrimoniale e bagno con, lavabo, wc, bidet e doccia verso l'esterno, camera principale con letto matrimoniale, spogliatoio, bagno con, due lavandini, wc bidet, vasca, doccia e vegetazione. Il disegno degli spazi permette di aprire le porte verso l'esterno e di relazionarsi con la natura ad est e ad ovest, consentendo anche la socializzazione e l'integrazione con le altre case. Il progetto propone l'utilizzo del legno in tralicci, pergolati e lastrico solare, ringhiere in vetro, sfruttando il tetto come punto panoramico e come tetto verde con spazi relax. L'impianto delle case permette a ciascuna di godere della vista verso il mare dal soggiorno. Gli spazi esterni hanno vegetazione mediterranea e terrazze che si fondono con il pendio del terreno.

A simple, Mediterranean and bright style is proposed. The proposal was designed to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces and the ocean view. The reasonableness of the cost of implementing the proposal has been fundamental. Available size of about 200m2 in total, 65 m2 for each house. There are 3 independent houses (for 3 friends). The 3 units are in separate blocks. Additionally, there is a waterfall-shaped pool overlooking the sea.
The typical house has an access, kitchenette, dining room, living room, secondary room with double bed and bathroom with, sink, toilet, bidet and shower to the outside, main room with double bed, dressing room, bathroom with, two sinks, toilet bidet, tub, shower and vegetation. The design of the spaces allows the doors to be opened to the outside and to relate to nature to the east and west, also allowing for socialization and integration with the other houses. The design proposes the use of wood in lattices, pergolas and flat roof, and glass railings, taking advantage of the roof as a viewpoint and as a green roof with relaxation spaces. The implantation of the houses allows each one to enjoy the view towards the sea from the living room. The outdoor spaces have Mediterranean vegetation and terraces that blend in with the slope of the land.

Se plantea un estilo sencillo, mediterráneo y luminoso. La propuesta se diseñó para disfrutar plenamente de los espacios exteriores y la vista al mar. La razonabilidad del costo de implementar la propuesta ha sido fundamental. Tamaño disponible de unos 200m2 en total, 65 m2 por cada casa. Se plantean 3 casas independientes (para 3 amigos). Las 3 unidades están en bloques separados. Adicionalmente se plantea una piscina en forma de cascada con vista al mar.
La casa tipo tiene un acceso, cocineta, comedor, sala de estar, habitación secundaria con cama doble y baño con, lavamanos, sanitario, bidet y ducha hacia el exterior, habitación principal con cama doble, vestier, baño con, dos lavamanos, sanitario bidet, tina, ducha y vegetación. El diseño de los espacios permite abrir las puertas hacia el exterior y relacionarse con la naturaleza hacia el oriente y el occidente permitiendo también sociabilizar e integrarse con las otras casas. El diseño plantea el uso de madera en celosías, pérgolas y cubierta plana, y barandas de vidrios, aprovechando la cubierta como mirador y como cubierta verde con espacios de relajación. La implantación de las casas permite que cada una disfrute de la visual hacia el mar desde la sala de estar. Los espacios exteriores tienen vegetación mediterránea y terrazas que se mimetizan con la pendiente del terreno.
