Dear Client,

thank you for the opportunity to work on your beautiful new home.
I hope I've managed to meet your expectations and requirements with my proposal.

I've kept the integrity of your original plans for the space respecting the given inputs and parameters.

Starting in zone 1, the staircase as the focal point of the room is visually enhanced with built-in strip lights in the staircase and a suspended lamp from the 4.4 m high ceiling above a small installation of natural elements giving the space a relaxing atmosphere.
On the opposite side of the space, a false wall with niches to serve as shelves is installed. The reason behind the idea of having it as a wall piece instead of a regular shelving unit is the height of the space which would make any standing unit too tall to be reached without leather and not having it reach the full height would throw off the balance of the design and make the ceiling look too hight on one end of the room and fitted on the other.
The wall towards the storage unit that needed to be closed is covered with wall panels in taupe color, the same as the accent wall on the staircase to tie the space together.

Zone 2 consists of three areas; kitchen, lounge, and dining.
The kitchen and lounge areas are positioned along the garden facade which makes it possible to open them towards the outside and have a lounge that is at the same time an outdoor living area and the kitchen easily accessible in case of a garden party. The dining area is placed towards the inside of the space, divided from the lounge with a "wall" that contains a bioethanol fireplace, tv, and small shelving unit.

The kitchen is in an L shape, one side being the cold and the other the warm side of the kitchen. On one side of the L, two ovens and a microwave are placed in tall units and next to in an electric hob with a hood above and gas hob after. The other side of the L shape contains a work surface with a coffee machine on top and two dishwashers below, a built-in fridge and freezer unit next to it, and a cabinet to serve the needs of a bar next to it (This is flexible and can be either a wine cooler or just a display of fine dinnerware).
In the center of the space, there is an island with a sink and 3-4 seats on the other sides and drawers below.
the kitchen area has the lowest ceiling in this zone which makes the kitchen units fully usable and reachable.

The entrance to the house is placed between the kitchen and the lounge with a small storage piece with a glass panel divider between the entrance and lounge to give you a visual separation without completely blocking the view and separating the space. The door is a type of door you mentioned you would like to install and the window between the lounge and the garden is panoramic 455x250 cm, and the kitchen window is a slim cut to tie together the facade and give some extra natural light to the kitchen as well as giving you a visual connection between the kitchen and the garden as you're preparing food.

The lounge is spacious and furnished with a large sofa and a lounge chair with a coffee table in the center enhanced with a suspended lamp from the ceiling. A bench is placed on the other side of the built-in unit by the entrance for some extra seats in the lounge or by the door and it is possible to arrange other seating if needed too.
The fireplace unit between the lounge and dining area was earlier mentioned, with a tv towards the lounge and a niche in the wall on the other side. The dining space fits 10 people comfortably around the table you sent as a reference in the largest size of 300cm. The dining is placed in this area of the space because of the width of the space. It's possible to add another table next to the one presented in the proposal either parallel to it or in an L formation or even rotate two tables in the other direction. This space was chosen as the furthest inwards area of the living space with the mindset that in the scenario of entertaining 20 guests the open connection towards the sleeping area won't be necessarily easily accessible and the dining can take place in the full width of the room.
In the photos, you sent there was a column in the wall with two windows. The windows haven't been changed but the wall itself has been leveled with the column to make a seamless continuous surface from dining to lounge. The same continuous look was aimed for on the other side, making the doors of the storage niches the same color as the wall and abounding any additional decor on them.

Zone 3 is similar to what you had sketched out. A covered "porch" with a seating area and storage unit on the other side. From the porch, you can directly walk into the swimming pool as the steps are slowly walking you into it and overcoming the gap between the lifted porch and the lower ground level.
on the second level from the porch, a bbq area with a sink is placed and it's possible to add small dining are with it.
The gate is positioned in the center to make driving a car into the small garden possible to the position of the electric charger. The pedestrian entrance and the technical units are mirrored compared with the sketch you sent. The reason behind that is the change of entrance position into the house itself, to enable a more direct entrance and avoid walking through the car park area of the garden.

I hope I've managed to briefly explain the design decision that was made in order to achieve a look I think is coherent and matching the mood you were looking for considering the reference images that were provided. The rest can be seen in the renders and if you have any further questions feel free to contact me. I would be happy to further assist you if needed in case you decide to go in this direction.

Kind regards
