Attached you can see my version of imagining your apartment.
The disposition of the furniture in two versions can be seen on the bases.
The only difference is in the position of the table in the living room.
There is a version for ten people and a version for twenty people.
The apartment has a large kitchen that contains everything you requested.
At the entrance, I made the hallway by fitting the fireplace, and thus I hid the other rooms and made it as a small entrance for the guests, because it would not be right for the guest to enter the living room immediately.
As for the area in front of the entrance, we have as many as a dozen people that can be expanded, we have a rest area, a barbecue area and a closet where bicycles and various things can be stored.
Finally, we have the first zone in which there is a small library with space for relaxing and watching television.
Throughout the apartment we have ambient lights that further beautify the space.
