here follow our proposal as regards the apartments object of the contest.
Our goal was to find a simple distributive solution of spaces, in accordance with the necessity of the Client.
The new spatial distribution and the different sizing of the spaces envisages the creation of two double bedroom; a larger kitchen - diner.
The living room and the dining area find their places where the present bedroom are, as for Client request.
From the entrance on the left side, the existing storage room has been transformed and enlarged to create a storage/laundry room.
Continuing on the left side of the entrance corridor, you will access the night area, where the master bedroom, with a en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet; a double - bed guest room and a second bathroom, are situated.
If necessary, a storage-loft can be placed in the hall between the bedrooms and the second toilet.

The kitchen is enlarged comparing to the existing; it opens onto the living an dining area but can be closed at the occurrence.
The kitchen comprises also a dining area for the family.
