The concept is based on the approach to satisfy two most important things.
The first thing is the client's needs written in the briefing and in the answers to the questions posted by the designers. The second thing that I was guided during the project is that the potentially this apartment represents a pleasant ambient, both for tenants and guests, and to gain a strong impressions while staying in.
Several facts:
-Larger living room
-New kitchen position. Balcon doors can be opened
-Kitchen and dining room as a unique area.
-Fireplace on same position, next to the vertical instalation.
-Regulated walls in hallway (night zone). Door are moved in hall area so there is more usefull space in rooms.
-Redesigned sleeping room. No tv in room.
-Bathroom with shower cabin.
-Sleeping room without closets.
-Large wordrobe in guest room.
