Thank you for the amazing opportunity.I have designed the whole project with a view to provide maximum clean space with large connected functions.
The functional zoning of the ground floor is divided into two main sections as you required.One zone contains the pantry,lounge,closet and a TV area with a fireplace in the center.The other one is made up of the living,main dining area and a bathroom for the guests.The kitchen is placed in the center to provide service to both of the zones.The piano is placed in the center of the house to create a soothing environment.Shelves are integrated to the wall to enhance openness and visual connectivity of space.
In the basement,the master bedroom is placed in the front with french doors open to the landscape.It has a bathroom,two sinks and a large walk-in closet as you mentioned.The study room and common bathroom is designed in the middle of the two child rooms,so that both can be served equally.There is also a wellness zone with a small gym, jacuzzi and steam room.
The exterior is also recreated with large openings to provide panoramic views to the outdoor,connecting the interior to the exterior.
