Ingresso da nord ed esposto a sud, l'accogliente accesso accoglie la famiglia per acclimatarsi appena entrati in casa. Anche la camera da letto principale si trova su questo livello per garantire privacy e viste privilegiate sul paesaggio.

Al piano intermedio si trovano le sale sociali della casa, in uno spazio open concept che incoraggia la condivisione con la famiglia e gli amici, combinato con una finestra a doppia altezza che lascia passare la luce naturale e aumenta il senso di spaziosità.
