Un unico grande spazio costituisce, con la cucina, l’ambiente giorno ovvero l’area della casa nella quale svolgere tutte le attività legate alla quotidianità diurna: cucinare, mangiare, rilassarsi, accogliere, intrattenersi. Le porzioni di soffitto ribassate, così come l’arredo fisso opportunamente dislocato, facilitano la definizione degli àmbiti senza comprimere gli spazi. Da questo ampio spazio fluido è possibile rendere autonoma la cucina grazie ad un’anta scorrevole vetrata a vista che consente la continuità visiva tra il soggiorno/pranzo e la parte della cucina caratterizzata dalla grande isola che ne occupa il centro fornendo la sponda all’anta scorrevole quando il passaggio tra i due ambienti è aperto. Un’altra apertura vetrata (fissa) consente l’introspezione e il passaggio di luce naturale verso il corridoio che disimpegna la zona notte quando la porta scorrevole in legno ne chiude l’accesso dalla zona giorno. Nelle immediate vicinanze dell’ingresso, quindi a servizio di questa parte della casa, è stato sistemato il secondo bagno, quello comunemente identificato come “il bagno degli ospiti”. Rispetto all’ingresso, l’accesso al bagno è preceduto da un piccolo disimpegno attrezzato con un vano lavanderia/ripostiglio dove è possibile (qualora non fosse stata prevista un’altra posizione, per esempio all’esterno) posizionare la lavatrice con asciugatrice in colonna, la caldaia e riporre le scarpe, borse o zaini di chi esce o entra dalla casa. Il bagno è completo di tutti gli accessori compresa una comoda doccia walk-in. La sua posizione permette, all’occorrenza, di disimpegnare completamente la zona giorno dalla zona notte che si struttura lungo il corridoio prima nominato. Questa parte si compone di tre camere da letto e il bagno principale fornito di una vasca che, grazie ad una spalletta vetrata, può essere comodamente usata anche come doccia. Infine, la camera padronale è dotata di una cabina armadio fornita di cassettiere e scaffali a giorno.

From this large fluid space it is possible to make the kitchen autonomous thanks to an exposed glass sliding door that allows visual continuity between the living / dining room and the part of the kitchen characterized by the large island that occupies the center providing the side to the door sliding when the passage between the two environments is open. Another glass opening (fixed) allows introspection and the passage of natural light towards the corridor that disengages the sleeping area when the wooden sliding door closes access from the living area. In the immediate vicinity of the entrance, therefore serving this part of the house, the second bathroom has been placed, the one commonly identified as "the guest bathroom". Compared to the entrance, access to the bathroom is preceded by a small hallway equipped with a laundry / storage compartment where it is possible (if no other position has been provided, for example outside) to place the washing machine with dryer in the column , the boiler and put away the shoes, bags or backpacks of those who leave or enter the house. The bathroom is complete with all accessories including a comfortable walk-in shower. Its position allows, if necessary, to completely disengage the living area from the sleeping area that is structured along the aforementioned corridor. This part consists of three bedrooms and the main bathroom equipped with a bathtub which, thanks to a glass parapet, can also be comfortably used as a shower. Finally, the master bedroom is equipped with a walk-in closet equipped with drawers and open shelves.
