Dear Client! My project include small 600 mm extension of the living room to have enough space for open living/dining/kitchen concept.
For this idea I moved big existing window 1060 mm to the balcony, as you suggested on the message board. This allowed to place a big corner sofa in the living area and also to place kitchen island in the option 1 or big dining table in the option 2. Another different between 2 options is bedroom's door placement near living area. The project include two bathrooms, both with windows, pantry near the kitchen area, built-in-wardrobe near the entry door and possibly spacious locker under the ceiling (if you need) in the corridor near the pantry.
