My main objective was to create a bright and airy living room while ensuring easy access to the balcony. To optimize the living room space, I relocated the kitchen to its best possible position. The bathrooms were arranged back-to-back to minimize re-plumbing costs, and bathroom no. 1 was designed exclusively for the use of bedroom no. 1. As per my earlier question, I added a small fireplace (burner) to the living room.
The attic room has been planned as a media room with a small kitchenette.
