I offer you a proposal for the design of your apartment & Roof (The house for my son).
- The plan of the third floor of the apartment to be designed has been redesigned for a 26-year-old to live in, as:
1 The design contains three bedrooms in addition to two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a dining room
2 One of the two bathrooms is located in the master bedroom for the young man, and it contains a cabin for use and a shower, while the other bathroom is a guest bathroom that does not contain a shower.
3 The room was divided next to the entrance and merged with half of the kitchen to become a large space that contains the living room, kitchen and a small dining table that can accommodate 6 people.
4 The other side of the kitchen was designed to accommodate two bathrooms, one main and the other for guests, as shown
5 The dressing room was merged with the previous bathroom of the apartment, so that the space became a large master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a corner for clothes.
- The living room is designed to accommodate all possible daily activities such as watching TV, eating, reading and drinking tea by dividing it into several zones, each of which accommodates a specific activity .
- The apartment contains Three bedrooms, including the main bedroom, which accommodates many activities such as sleeping. A work space was provided as required, a television was provided, as well as a special space for tea and reading in front of the window, with an area of the bed Which used as a sofa in front of the window in addition to its Bathroom .
- The floor plan of the Living Room is divided into 5 parts (the entrance, living room, Dinning, room’s corridor and kitchen),
As for the roof room, it was designed to contain a small cinema hall and chairs for it
- The lighting designed for the home is characterized by simplicity and sophistication. The living room contains Spots and Round Middle Lamp characterized by a modern style, with another source of lighting coming the chandelier in the middle of the room, As well as the lighting in the kitchen is quiet and simple, and does not have a lot of cost, as shown in the 3D Shots
We must mention the hidden lighting in the gypsum board, In addition, we have natural lighting Coming from the wide balcony and Windows .
