For this renovation of the house, I propose to remove the corridor walls to make the space larger. You can find in the layout of PIANO TERZO:
1. We have 2 bathrooms as request, 1 bathrooms at the foyer with large window; another bathroom in the bedroom area.
2. The house has a foyer where it has a shoe and coat cabinet.
3. We use the large area in the middle of the house for living room, dining area and kitchen. This area has a fireplace, and access directly to a balcony at CORTILE INTERNO side.
4. For the bedroom area, we have a master bedroom (double bed, area = 16m2) with private balcony at VIALE ABRUZZI side; two single bed rooms at the south with full windows.
5. For the room at the PIANO QUINTO SOTTOTETTO, current I propose to change to a home entertainment room. You can change it to a GYM room if needed.
The relocation of the two bathrooms will be doable as the ceiling of the room is high enough, we can raise a bit the floor area to allow the water supply and drainage lie on the floor.
I propose to have a fail ceiling at 3.0m height for a cozy space rather than a high ceiling.
