At first I have to thanks for this great challenge and contest.

Design Basics
As demand and data that I've received, I had to design something different. A house for your son! He is young and we have design for his age. Because of that I decided to use some modern and industrial basics for interiors. There for you see some brick walls, concrete,.... and for modern, you can see everything is minimal and useful.

Main Unit
As demands we have three bedrooms, living room and kitchen beside of that. So all of needs and demands are answered. The main challenge was how to place second bath and I solved that with a master room. You can see how spaces are usefully arranged. Each of rooms have a special option. one is master, one has a bath tub with sight of street, the other has a bench for relaxing and maybe reading books. Also we have a laundry in main bath.

Upstairs
I prefer for you three alternatives. As demands there can be a gym, Cinema or a billiard zone!

Nozioni di base sul design
Come richiesta e dati che ho ricevuto, ho dovuto progettare qualcosa di diverso. Una casa per tuo figlio! È giovane e abbiamo un design per la sua età. Per questo motivo ho deciso di utilizzare alcune basi moderne e industriali per gli interni. Lì per te vedi dei muri di mattoni, cemento,.... e per il moderno, puoi vedere che tutto è minimo e utile.

Unità principale
Come richiesto disponiamo di tre camere da letto, soggiorno e cucina accanto. Quindi tutte le esigenze e le richieste trovano risposta. La sfida principale era come posizionare il secondo bagno e l'ho risolto con una stanza principale. Puoi vedere come gli spazi sono disposti in modo utile. Ognuna delle camere ha un'opzione speciale. uno è padronale, uno ha la vasca da bagno con vista su strada, l'altro ha una panca per rilassarsi e magari leggere libri. Inoltre abbiamo una lavanderia nel bagno principale.

Di sopra
Preferisco per te tre alternative. A seconda delle esigenze può essere presente una palestra, un cinema o una zona biliardo!
