The design approach on this project is to separate the two living zones, the night zone and the day zone.
The day zone it will be located on the south side of the building in this way offering a zenithal illumination for the living room and study during the daytime. As we enter the apartment, in the left side it will be the study room ( piano room) connected to the living room through sliding doors.
On the right side it will be the master bedroom, with a small walk-in closed, followed by another bedroom and a large bathroom. Both of the bedroom sizes allow placement for king-size beds in order so you can keep the existing bed that you own.
The kitchen and dining area will be located in the west side of the building, and it will be connected to the existing balcony that will become a laundry room.
The secondary bathroom it will be also at the south-west part o the apartment and it will be connected to the living room.
The placement of the bathrooms and the kitchen in the following proposal it will allow you to connect the plumbings to the existing system, in this way making minimum modifications.
