The project THE HOUSE OF THE WELL is divided into 4 zones to create both communal and private spaces in a rational manner:

Zone 1: This is designated for parking and access pathways. Utilizing this space for parking keeps the interior living space organized and tidy.

Zone 2: It consists of a garden area and pathways leading to Zones 3 and 4. The combination of green space and pathways creates a close connection with nature while facilitating easy movement between different areas inside the house.

Zone 3: This is the focal point for main activities such as the living room, kitchen, laundry area, bathroom, and a small working space. Having a working space with an outward-facing view provides a sense of expansion and comfort.

Zone 4: This area accommodates 2 bedrooms, complete with dressing rooms and individual bathrooms. This layout creates private and comfortable spaces for family members.
