La villa in progetto si sviluppa su un unico livello inserendosi fisicamente nel terreno nella parte più elevata del lotto di intervento. In questo modo la casa è poco visibile dall'esterno, ma, nello stesso tempo, la caratteristica forma in pianta (un settore circolare) consente una visuale molto ampia spaziando da est a ovest: la zona notte affaccia verso est e sud, mentre la zona giorno (con portico e piscina) rivolgono lo sguardo a sud e a ovest.
Le pareti esterne sono quasi totalmente vetrate; i locali interni sono alti 400 cm, ma le pareti e i divisori interni hanno una altezza di 250 cm e con una chiusura vetrata (e oscurabile) nella parte superiore (da 250 a 400 cm). Così gli spazi rimangono fluidi e luminosi, ma viene garantita la privacy e l'autonomia di ciascun ambiente.
Come richiesto dal contest è prevista un'ampia zona giorno (living, pranzo, cucina e piccolo bagno) che si affaccia sull'area esterna (piscina, solarium, portico coperto). La zona notte è composta da quattro camere matrimoniali, due delle quali con bagno interno.
A completare l'organizzazione degli spazi un blocco “pieno” con lavanderia/stireria, doccia con accesso dall'esterno, scala per il piano copertura, locale ripostiglio e spazio per il parcheggio delle automobili.
La copertura è quasi totalmente ”verde” per integrare la costruzione nel paesaggio e per garantire al contempo un ottimo isolamento ai locali sottostanti. La parte ovest del piano copertura è destinata a solarium.
L'illuminazione notturna di tutti i locali avviene principalmente da luci indirette attraverso delle strisce LED posizionate sopra armadi e tavolati (h. 250 cm) che proiettano la luce sul soffitto bianco che si trasforma in un enorme diffusore.

The villa in the project is developed on one level by physically entering the ground in the highest part of the intervention lot. In this way the house is barely visible from the outside, but, at the same time, the characteristic plan shape (a circular sector) allows a very wide view spanning from East to West: the sleeping area faces East and South, while the living area (with porch and pool) looks South and West.
The external walls are almost totally glazed; the internal rooms are 400 cm high, but the internal walls and dividers have a height of 250 cm and with a glass (and black-out) top closure (from 250 to 400 cm). Thus the spaces remain fluid and bright, but the privacy and autonomy of each environment is guaranteed.
As required by the contest there is a large living area (with living room, dining room, kitchen and a small bathroom) which overlooks the outdoor area (swimming pool, solarium, covered porch). The sleeping area consists of four double bedrooms, two of which have an en-suite bathroom.
To complete the organization of the spaces a “full” block with laundry / ironing room, shower with access from the outside, staircase for the roofing plan, storage room and space for parking cars.
The roof is almost totally "green" to integrate the building into the landscape and at the same time to guarantee excellent insulation for the rooms below. The western part of the roof is intended for solariums.
The night lighting of all the rooms cames mainly from indirect lights through LED strips positioned above wardrobes and boards (h. 250 cm) that project the light on the white ceiling that turns into a huge diffuser.
