New structure of the ground floor living area is organized as open space plan. Ground floor is extended to the required line, and first floor is reorganized to suites new needs for the family. Now each child has its room and parents have their own separate zone and private office-study room.

It consists of different zones- entrance with living area, dinning space and open kitchen with big island. Entrance is designed with closet and storage unit for shoes and jackets. Living area is designed with two triple sofa and one double sofa with big coffee table where all family members can gather and watch movies, sport games or play together. Next to it is one working desk with computer under the staircase. On the south side of living area is new panoramic windows that can slide and can connect nature from the garden and living area- this is where is the position of small library and two big comfortable lounge chairs to enjoy the views.
Next zone is kitchen and dinning area. There is spacious kitchen for a big family, with island that has large stove and plate for cooking. New window on the west wall gives additional light to kitchen. The rest of the kitchen has all equipment that you need. Dinning area is created as meeting point for family and friends and has 8 chairs and one big table that can be extended if needed. There is also big storage space and laundry room with washing machines and dryers which is also a guest bathroom.
On the north side of the ground floor is position of master bedroom with walk in closet and private bathroom (bathtub and shower). Next to it is kids room that has its closet, single bed with side table, working desk and shelf for books, toys etc.
First floor has changes in structure also. It now has 5 rooms and one bathroom. Old big room is now made for two kids and they have all they need in it- single bed, closets, working desks and space to play. All tree rooms for kids have proper natural light- in one room is added new window. Existing bathroom is the same with new furniture and doors are moved up for 70cm so you can have access to the kids bedroom. On the south side of the first floor is study-office room for parents as wanted, with big book shelves and working desk with comfortable chair. This room also has one sofa and armchair for reading. Next to it is new play-study room for kids, where they can play with each other, make puzzles, play video games on PS and computer and of course study. All room has movable furniture, so if they need sometimes new arrangement they can do it and make playing / studying more fun.

This new proposal has its qualities in organization and can bring every day life of the family to the higher level.
