I hope I've managed to envision the atmosphere of the space you had imagined.
The aim was to give the space a new look that represents your brand while still keeping as much as possible intact.
The outside is kept as it was respecting the facade. Only one of the doors is not accessible in the new proposal which gives you one entry into the main space.
The main area, in the plan, marked as pasta bar contains of your existing counter with a fresh look and glass panels and high dining tables for a more lively space that is rapidly changing.
The restaurant area for slow consumption is arranged in a more classical restaurant setting while keeping the same vibe as the other area.
Outdoor seating is available both at the front and the back and the way through these spaces is "marked" with archways.
The kitchen is connected to the counter and now the total area is enclosed with an additional door so that customers can not wander into the kitchen but still look at the cooking process in the pasta bar area. The angeled part of the counter serves as a cashier and service area where customers can receive their meals and takeaways while the waiters can go through the earlier mentioned glass doors.
All the other spaces are functionally kept intact as you asked in the brief.
