L'origine della mia idea nasce dai diversi formati e formati di pasta. Si entra nel ristorante in uno spazio pulito e giovane. Ho mantenuto le piastrelle di terracotta e ho disegnato lo spazio intorno. La maggior parte delle pareti rimarranno bianche.
Il bancone/showcooking è rivestito in legno e mosaici lato cliente che rappresentano storia e patrimonio. Dal lato della cottura è di metallo. La rete metallica di grande effetto nasconde i condotti metallici e trattiene gli schermi tv che mostrano i menu. I pendenti in vetro iridescente blu appesi alla rete metallica sono un modo giocoso per mostrare i diversi colori del marchio. E queste lampade focalizzano la luce sull'area di preparazione
Le mensole in legno dietro il bancone contengono i materiali per i primi piatti. Facile accesso per i cuochi. E lo stesso design dello scaffale in legno tiene i prodotti in vendita proprio all'ingresso.
Il percorso verso la mensa è ricoperto da piastrelle tonde a forma di spaghetti.
I tavoli e il bar sono tutti su disegno, studiati appositamente per questo progetto.

The origin of my idea comes from the different shapes and sizes of pasta. You enter the restaurant to a clean and young space. I kept the terracotta tiles and designed the space around it. Mos ot thw walls will remain white.
The counter/showcooking is covered with wood and mosaics on the customer side that represent history and heritage. On the cooking side it is metal. The statement metal mesh hides the metal ducts and holds the tv screens showing the menus. The blue irridescent glass pendants hanging from the metal mesh are a playful way to show the different colors of the brand. And these lamps focus light on the preparation area
The wooden shelves behind the counter hold the materials for the pasta dishes. Easy to access it for the cooks. And the same wooden shelf design holds the products for sale right by the entrance.
The pathway to the comsumption room is covered with spaghetti shaped round tiles.
The tables and the bar are all custom designes, designed specifically for this project.
