Ho rimosso il muro tra il soggiorno e la cucina come richiesto, in modo da ottenere uno spazio molto ampio e collegato. Separare l'ambiente del soggiorno e della cucina con un muro in gesso falso in cui sarà supportato il televisore / home theater, come nel riferimento fornito da voi.
Per quanto riguarda la lavanderia, ho proposto due opzioni. Devo dire che mi è piaciuta l'opzione in cui mi sono "avventurata" di più, dove ho messo la biancheria sul balcone e l'ho chiusa con il vetro in modo che non fosse aperta al 100%. Tuttavia, come già indicato da te, non so fino a che punto puoi apportare modifiche alla facciata dell'edificio. Quindi ho progettato un'opzione all'interno della cucina, ma con un'area privata lo stesso.
Il bagno esistente l'ho lasciato così com'è.
Ho progettato la posizione degli arredamenti delle altre 3 camere da letto e il bagno con accesso alla camera da letto principale.
La stanza delle due sorelle l'ho divisa in base a un riferimento che hai fornito, dove c'è un finto muro con aperture (finestre, forse?) in alto, in modo che la luce della finestra entri nei due ambienti.

I removed the wall between the living room and the kitchen as requested, so that a very large and connected space was obtained. Separate the living room and kitchen environment with a false plaster wall where the TV / Home theater will be supported, as in the reference provided by you.
The laundry room proposed two options. I must say that I liked the option where I "ventured" the most, where I put the laundry on the balcony and closed it with glass so it wouldn't be open 100% of the time. However, as already indicated by you, I do not know how far you can make modifications to the facade of the building. So I designed an option inside the kitchen, but with a private area just the same.
The existing bathroom I left it as is.
I designed the furniture in the other 3 bedrooms and the bathroom with access to the master bedroom.
The room of the two sisters I divided it according to a reference you provided, where there is a fake wall with opening (windows, maybe?) at the top, so that the window light enters the two environments.
