In consideration of your needs, I have designed a flat for two couples. One bedroom is more private to use as a study room. The other bedroom has no area to study because of its physical condition (it has a lower ceiling and there is no wall to border the room).
I would like to add some notes for decisions I have made:
- To change whole railing is too expensive but it is better to paint it to maintain. I prefer black or any similar dark color.
- I advice you to have wooden baseboard in all spaces. Colors of door and baseboard should be the same. Anthracite is my choice. So please paint the interior doors.
- kitchen:
My kitchen proposal is from IKEA. Countertop needs to be modified to have a small eating space for two people. This L-shape countertop stands by the help of metal leg.
The module next to oven can be turned into dishwasher cabinet if it is needed to have one.
Boiler is hidden by cabinet door and drywall. Fridge is below the boiler.
Electricity meter and distribution board does not look well. I want to hide them. I arranged this facade next to the entrance according to these electricity cabinets.
- living space:
I tried to have a living area for three people to watch television with one sofa and one pouf. I wanted to have a bigger coffee table so that people can eat and study there.
And with the help of the position of the television it is possible to watch while eating on table next to countertop.
