Descripción

This design considers practically all the activities carried out by the human being in a home, despite the size of the space.
Thinking about what the client expressed, regarding the possibility of the Loft being occupied by a teacher, the use of a bookcase and bookcases was emphasized; however it is not limiting, since the area can be used for studying or working.
The arrangement of the furniture and finishes help to divide the areas virtually, responding to the axes of composition dictated by the arrangement of the walls.
In order to maximize space, a sofa bed was considered, in order to receive a visit. To resolve the issue of the bedroom, it is proposed to make a mezzanine as a bunk bed, over the kitchen, as in a motorhome, on a boat, etc .; Due to the low height it has the space which does not allow you to stand, however the height achieved allows you to enter the bed in a crouch or to make the bed in the morning. (1.29m)
Under the staircase, a closet is proposed to hang clothes on 2 levels and a chest of drawers with 4 drawers, which face the bathroom, creating a useful area for when showering, due to the shape dictated by the staircase, it was thought to place shelves on the chest of drawers to place various objects, while in the starting area of the staircase, shelves will be placed as a shoe rack.
As for the living area, the position of the sofa bed allows creating a virtual space for the study or work area; the space created at the back of the sofa, not only serves for the study, it also serves to unfold the sofa bed, in such a way that it could be considered a lobsit, unfolding forward and back in a way that saves space on the sides and is perceived the widest space.
