L’idea progettuale ha cercato di tener conto delle numerose esigenze/richieste del cliente rispettando, in particolar modo, dimensioni e distribuzione degli ambienti, oltre a tener conto del budget di 25.000,00€ per cucina, salotto, camera del bambino, cabina armadio e perchè no anche camera matrimoniale. Per quanto riguarda la scelta dell’arredo e dei colori della casa, per non fare troppe diversità di stile, visto che dovevamo tener conto anche dell’arredamento esistente, abbiamo cercato di rispettare colori e forme classiche, senza però cadere in un gusto retrò. Per quanto riguarda la camera del bambino abbiamo invece ostentato con mobili e colori più moderni, al fine di rendere un ambiente più creativo e stimolante e più adatto alla sua età presunta. Per quanto riguarda la camera matrimoniale abbiamo scelto colori chiari eleganti e nuovi, contrapposti ad un letto a baldacchino in chiave moderna, come ci è sembrato opportuno dare alla camera un bagno esclusivo, oltre al collegamento diretto con la cabina armadio. Infine per quanto riguarda la distribuzione della casa, abbiamo ritenuto coretto adattare la zona giorno nella mansarda, composta da un unico ambiente aperto, tranne per la palestra e il bagno, dove si ha un’alternanza di spazi: ingresso con relativa cappottiera, doppio salotto, angolo studio e cucina realizzata interamente con mobili IKEA; mentre la zona notte al piano sottostante, collegate da una scala larga 1m, come da richiesta. In fine per quanto riguarda le finiture, abbiamo tenuto conto del gres porcellanato finto legno a disposizione del cliente, optando per la finitura in rovere chiaro sbiancato distribuito su tutta la casa, ad eccezione dei bagni con colori che vanno dal rosa al prugna.

The project idea has tried to take into account the numerous needs / customer requirements respecting, in particular, the size and layout of the rooms, as well as take into account the budget of € 25,000.00 for the kitchen, living room, child's room, walk-in closet and why not also the master bedroom. Regarding the choice of furniture and colors of the house, not to make too many differences of style, considering that we had to take into account the existing furnishings, we have tried to respect the colors and classic shapes, but without being a retro feel. As for the baby's room we instead ostentatious furniture and modern colors, in order to make a more creative and challenging and more suitable to his apparent age. As for the double room we chose light colors elegant and new, as opposed to a four-poster bed in a modern way, as we felt it was appropriate to give the room a bathroom, in addition to the direct connection to the dressing room. Finally, as regards the distribution of the house, we felt coretto adapt the living area in the attic, consisting of one room open, except for the gym and the bathroom, where he has an alternation of spaces: entrance hall with its cappottiera, double living room , study area and kitchen made entirely with IKEA furniture; while the sleeping area on the floor below, connected by a large-scale 1m, as requested. Finally with regard to quality, we have given the porcelain faux wood available to the client, opting for finishing in light oak bleached distributed throughout the house, except for the bathrooms with colors ranging from pink plum.
