- The ground floor plan has been divided into four studio apartments, in addition to a common area for watching TV or talking
- Each apartment contains a double bed, a large wardrobe, a kitchen to prepare breakfast, and a small table for eating, in addition to a bathroom for each room .
Outside, the outdoor space is common for all the people there to use
- As for the first floor, it contains one large apartment that contains a large bedroom, a dressing room, a living room, in addition to 2 bathrooms, an open kitchen, and a large dining terrace.
- The laundry area has been added inside the guest bathroom, where it has a separate door from the bathroom with a wooden partition
- The living room is designed to accommodate all possible daily activities such as watching TV, eating, Working From Home, reading and drinking tea by dividing it into several zones, each of which accommodates a specific activity.
- The apartment contains one bedrooms, which is the main bedroom, which accommodates many activities such as sleeping. A work space was provided as required, a television was provided, as well as a special space for dressing room .
