Our design proposal was driven by client requests, at list what we find out from q&a by other participants, where main goal was to spatially accommodate flip existing layout to achieve reasonable requests and posted 'like' photos. Main obstacle was unknown location of existing water, gas and sewer location. Our guess, looking at submitted existing bathroom photo, that they are located somewhere in east side, external, apartment wall.
