Basically, I tried to design a modern façade and landscape as your demands. This design helps to grow the potential of the lot and building. I placed a parking zone beside the building (as your demand) and covered it with wooden beams ( It could be other materials such as aluminum and iron with wooden coloring) . I used linear lights for improving lines. Also the simple façade helps for long term usage of that. The façade and the walls materials are based on plaster and stone. The concrete flooring was a choice to help affective form. The swimming pool behind the parking and seats and a sepulchral porch and a barbeque are other parts off design. For green zones I used mostly palms and cactuses and fresh flowers.
