Thank you to give us an opportunity to design this mesmerizing mountain hotel.
First of all, the concept behind this mountain hotel is connect to nature based on the location has a spectacular scenery where surrounded by mountains and it located in contoured land. After we know the location based on GPS coordinate we surveyed the location using google street view and we got some points such as the location near electric power plan, the best view in north west position because of there are a lot of residential areas and mountainous view.
After we know the data we calculated it and combined with your request which are 50 hotel rooms + facilities and 10 chalets (4 chalets in a house, 3 in a house and 3 in a house too) and we also did some analysis with the regulation 4stars-Superior. With an area that limited to design we inform you about the results.
As your request on the brief we can get 35 rooms which are Double Rooms : 14 rooms, Triple Rooms : 11 Rooms and 4 Beds room : 10 because if we still follow the request all of aspect design particularly the mass will too big which may not well-matched with surrounded area that has so much value. Therefore, even we do not reach the purposes we wan reach the facilities that support the building to get 4stars-Superior Mountain hotel such as there are a big wellness area, Swimming pool, Sauna, A huge restaurant and Bar. Outdoor area, there are Futsal Field, open area which every users especially children can play on it.
Chalets also as one of supported building which has a big impact to the hotel rate. It was designed with 4stars-Superior facilities for example Kitchen, Living area, dining area and a glorious mountains scenery directly from the balcony of the each chalets.
