The main target of this proposal project, is to give a good rationalisation at the spatial allocation of different rooms.
This project will provide a big living-room with kitchen and launch area strictly connected, two big bedrooms, one comfortable laundry and two bathroom, one of them linked with the master bedroom.
The living room combines the convenience of three different and separated spaces as the lounge area, the kitchen and the launch area, but at the same time all this three parts of the home join the same spatial continuity. The launch area, closed to the entrance stay in a side "apart" of the big living room, the kitchen instead because of the glass walls, (also if it's a closed room) it's a part of the living room giving the idea of a big open space house.
The glass walls of the kitchen have two sliding doors, on of each side, for a better and flexible use of the spaces. One big wooden-book storage stays at the center of living room keeping the balance of all the parts of this big open space.
The bedrooms are big and well lighted, the bathrooms are conformed to the Italian standards.
The corridor is the smallest possible to link five different rooms.
The colors and the materials chosen are closed to the ones selected by the client.
