Ho trovato la sua richiesta di possedere uno spazio contemporaneo, ma dotato di un tocco di riguardo per il contesto rurale in cui è collocato molto interessante. L’idea progettuale punta a rispondere a tutte le sue richieste cercando di minimizzare le opere murarie senza andare a intaccare la staticità dell'edificio, e cercando di valorizzare al massimo tutte le potenzialità insite nell'immobile.
L’idea base del progetto e' quella di andare a creare ambienti accoglienti che sappiano rispondere pienamente alle esigenze presenti e future di una giovane coppia.
Il progetto prevede:
-Una camera matrimoniale da 16 mq di cui circa 3 mq di cabina armadio;
-Ripostiglio lavanderia vicino alla cucina di circa 4 mq;
-Camera per bambini da 11 mq ; aspettando l’arrivo del "terzo inquilino" è stata pensata per ospitare anche altre attività: essa può trasformarsi in una stanza per gli ospiti, in uno studio, in una stanza per gli hobby, o diventare semplicemente un prolungamento del soggiorno.
-La richiesta di un ambiente cucina e soggiorno unico è stata risolta realizzando una zona giorno di 40 mq posta al centro dell'immobile, consentendo l’affaccio diretto sul giardino che può così essere goduto a pieno nel periodo estivo.
Guardando le foto si nota che l'immobile presenta una copertura a falde probabilmente con struttura in cemento armato e un sottotetto con intradosso ad altezza 3 m. Se l'intenzione è di demolire e ricostruire la copertura in legno senza realizzare il sottotetto e' possibile ottenere un effetto con travi a vista bianche come da lei richiesto. A mio avviso se non ci sono problemi statici, per contenere i costi non toccherei l'involucro se non per solo interventi di isolamento termico (cappotto). Nel progetto e' stata mantenuta la soletta piana dell'ipotetico sottotetto ad altezza 3 metri ed è stato aggiunto un ribassamento di 30 cm in cartongesso nell’area cucina e nei due bagni laterali per poter far passare la canalizzazione di un possibile impianto di condizionamento, con la possibilità di incassare dei faretti, e con l’intento anche di andare a caratterizzare i diversi ambienti della zona giorno.
Il bello delle case di campagna e' il calore che sanno trasmettere e le storie che sanno raccontare. Tutti gli oggetti che di solito si trovano qui sono spesso frutto di una ricerca lenta e accurata... Ogni pezzo di queste case parla di una storia d'amore originale che solo chi le abita e le ha vissute le può raccontare.
In questa proposta progettuale sono stati scelti oggetti da catalogo che richiamino il fascino di queste storie e il sapore di quegli oggetti tradizionali che si possono trovare nei nostri mercatini tradizionali di paese.
