The project seeks to satisfy the needs of the client. It aims to understand their unique way of living and to capture it on the space of their dreams. The project starts with the living room as the central space and heart of the house. This becomes a flexible space capable of working as a meeting place with friends, work space, to watch movies, listen to music, or read a book. This space is served by two adjacent elements that are the kitchen and the terrace. The intention is to maintain a separation between them, but to keep a visual unity. For this reason, the kitchen is separated by a sliding door, which allows communication and direct relationship with the room if necessary, while respecting their privacy. On the other hand, are the most private spaces of the house. The room turns into a cozy place with colors that promote rest, while the bathroom is the element that makes the difference in the house, because it takes a leading role, breaking with the palette of our colors and inserting itself as a darker and classical space to enjoy a nice cleanliness routine.
