La villetta, con tetto a doppia falda inclinata, è organizzata su due piani fuori terra ed un piano interrato. L'organizzazione degli spazi cerca di rispondere a tutti i “desiderata”. Il volume in progetto rientra nei valori massimi consentiti così come anche la superficie del portico/veranda. La villa è caratterizzata dalle ampie vetrate scorrevoli della zona giorno (a doppia altezza) in particolare verso i lati sud ed ovest (come richiesto).
Un'unica scala interna collega i tre piani. Al piano terra il pianerottolo intermedio della scala che sale verso il piano primo crea un volume sotto il quale potrebbe essere possibile sistemare il camino o una zona verde. La cucina è collegata alla zona soggiorno da un ampio passaggio che, all'occorrenza, può essere chiuso.
La zona notte è caratterizzata da balconi lineari che contribuiscono a “disegnare” l'aspetto esteriore della villa con una fascia bianca continua che collega le falde del tetto ed i balconi fino ad abbracciare la scala interna.
La casa è posta nell'angolo nord-est. In questo modo è stato recuperato quanto più spazio possibile al giardino che si sviluppa su un unico livello.

The chalet, with a sloping double roof, is arranged on two floors and a basement. The organization of the spaces tries to answer all the "desiderata". The project volume is within the maximum allowed values ​​as well as the surface of the porch / veranda. The villa is characterized by large sliding windows in the living area (double height) in particular towards the south and west sides (as required).
A single internal staircase connects the three floors. On the ground floor, the intermediate landing of the stair rising to the first floor creates a volume below which it could possible to arrange the fireplace or a green area. The kitchen is connected to the living area by a large passage which, if necessary, can be closed.
The sleeping area is characterized by linear balconies that help to "shape" the exterior of the villa with a continuous white band that connects the sloping roof and the balconies to the inner staircase.
The house is located in the north-east corner. In this way, as much space as possible is reserved to the garden that develops on one level.
