Key idea of the renovation of the layout are listed below:
1. To reserve the best position in the South part of the house, where we have 3 balconies with open view to outside for living room, dining, kitchen and master bed room.
2. All the bedrooms are at one side in the East part of the house, the master bedroom is put at corner for better view; and close to two bathrooms for more private and proper use.
3. For the bathrooms , I have propose 2 options:
Option 1: Two bathrooms, one is a shared bathroom with bathtub; and a master bathroom with 6 pieces layout: double basins and have both bathtub and shower.
Option 2: 2 bathrooms and a powder room; for 2 bathrooms, one has bathtub and another has shower. Powder room has basin, toilet and bidet.
4. Foyer before enter the house for more private, a walk in closet and shoe storage are arranged at the entrance as your requirement. A kitchen storage and laundry area also are included and put near the kitchen.
5. All the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry area are arranged closed to the waste stacks to make it easy for installing plumbing.
6. For the office, working area and meeting room area allocated at the North and shared a balcony, can be accessed from both room to this outdoor balcony for relaxing if needed.
7. A bathroom in office area has washer and dryer inside, basic layout with basin, toilet and shower; and can be accessed from public corridor.
8. All the furniture from old office can be kept as they are fit in the new layout.
9. All the area are used wisely, as we avoid creating space for circulation. Also the structure columns are hidden in walls and storage spaces make the layout neatly.
