- The concepts to develop a small urbanism.
- The terrain is divided in two by means of a path oriented from north to south, creating two elongated strips of land, one to the east and one to the west
- In the longest strip of land, in the west, there are 4 continuous dwellings on two floors, one dwelling on one floor.
- The two-storey houses contain: 3 bedrooms, 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, terrace and 2 parking places.
- The location, orientation and elevation of ceilings are due to: the greatest exposure to the winter sunlight, the south-west faces, and their protection with roofs during summer
- The shorter strip of land, the east, is intended to locate a dwelling of a plant and a common area, to enjoy all occupants of new homes
