The apartment was split in two where each of the apartment has their own character. Apartment A with an open living, dining and kitchen concept, and apartment B where the living space are separated from the kitchen and dining space.
The stairs to the loft space are cabinets with alternating steps so there are no wasted space while maintaining the comfort of ascending and descending the stairs for the residents.
Apartment A with its open concept would be more suitable as a rental unit while apartment B would be more suitable as a living unit.
