Descripción

Two proposals were submitted, each aiming to create a new design layout with minimum cost of redesign (minimum demolished walls) and easy maintenance for all systems.
(Both proposals has achieved The 2 apartments and 3 separate rooms at the same time.)

PROPOSAL 1 is the outcome of understanding the client’s requirement.

It has 2 separate apartments;
1- STUDIO FLAT: contains bedroom, bathroom (with laundry column) and a kitchen
2- 2 ROOM FLAT: it opens on a corridor which leads to the 2 separate rooms/apartments. each room has a large walk-in closet , in addition to the bidet in the bathrooms.

PROPOSAL 2 is the outcome of our understanding of the client’s requirement, in addition of the designer architecture point of view for the space usage and user experience.

It has also 2 separate apartments;
1- STUDIO FLAT: contains bedroom, bathroom (with laundry column) and a kitchen (same as proposal 1).
2- 2 ROOM FLAT: it has a large shared area, which contains a sofa bed (this makes it a possible third room), one common open kitchen, in addition to a closed laundry room for noise breaking.

- Both floor plans are raised by 2 steps to provide suitable space for drainage network.

The mood board has taken into account several points in the interior design;
1. Colors: Light wall colors were chosen, with a tint of contrast color to make it more livable.
2. Usage of mirrors were placed on walls in corridors and dressing areas. Mirrors were chosen in furniture (such as large wardrobes) to enlarge rooms.
3. The use of Furniture that "enlarge" rooms, such as the sofa bed in proposal 2 and using The horizontal heaters in all bathrooms, instead of vertical ones.
