TO DEVELOP THE DIVISION, A REINFORCEMENT IS PROPOSED IN THE WALL THAT SEPARATES THE ORIGINAL KITCHEN IN ORDER TO EXPAND THE SPACE; AS WELL AS ELIMINATE THE EXISTING SLAPS TO RELOCATE THEM ON THE NEW KITCHENS AND BATHROOMS (LOFT), OBTAINING ENOUGH AREA FOR A BEDROOM WITH A DOUBLE BED. THE LOCATIONS OF THE NEW BATHROOMS AND KITCHEN ARE GROUPED NEAR THE POINTS AVAILABLE TO DISCHARGE WASTEWATER. IT IS PROPOSED TO USE ROOM HEATING AND CONDITIONING THROUGH SPLIT / INVERTER UNITS OF 12000BTU SUITABLE FOR UP TO 50M2, IN THIS CASE EACH APARTMENT WOULD HAVE 2 CONSOLES OF 6000BTU, ONE IN THE LIVING ROOM AND ONE IN THE LOFT. THERE HAS BEEN ELECTRIC WATER HEATERS, PROVISION FOR ELECTRICAL SUPPLY FOR THE REFRIGERATOR, STOVE, OVEN, DISHWASHER, APPLIANCES AND POSSIBLE NEW CONSUMPTION.
