L’idea proposta ha come obiettivo quello di razionalizzare gli ambienti andando ad unirli in modo da avere spazi fruibili e più ampi, come nel caso del living in stretto contatto con il salottino / bar che pur rimanendo ambienti indipendenti hanno una continuità visiva. Si è inoltre pensato alla funzionalità con l’inserimento di locali ad uso ripostiglio e stoccaggio; inoltre all’ingresso trovano spazio armadi filomuro per gli abiti. Anche la scala proposta con i primi gradini più liberi offre maggiori visuali. La stanza studio / giochi è sempre in posizione ben luminosa e cosa importante a contatto con il giardino. La sala da pranzo riveste sempre un ruolo importante date anche le sue dimensioni e la sua collocazione adiacente alla cucina che può essere chiusa tramite pannelli scorrevoli.


The proposed idea aims to rationalize the environments by joining them in order to have usable and larger spaces, as in the case of the living room in close contact with the lounge / bar which, while remaining independent environments, have a visual continuity. Functionality was also thought of with the inclusion of storage and storage rooms; also at the entrance there are flush-to-the-wall closets space for clothes. Even the proposed staircase with the first freer steps offers greater visuals. The study / games room is always in a well-lit position and important thing in contact with the garden. The dining room always plays an important role also given its size and its location adjacent to the kitchen which can be closed with sliding panels.
