The main concept behind this project is to develop a design which will require less demolition services and the design via itself creates a better scope of architecture and interior within the provided space. Living area and kitchen are the focus point of the plan (as mentioned by client that the family spends most of the time in these areas) .
About the interior : I have tried to follow earthy and contemporary color theme in the interior spaces , following the reference provided by the client. A big closet has been created in the master bedroom area which would incorporate the existing wardrobes as well as provide the scope to develop a new zone if you want. Ceiling has been given preference as per the existing AC ducting in the premises.
In the furniture list - options have provided to make the furniture shopping budget friendly.
