Per la realizzazione del progetto di ristrutturazione del cantiere si pensa che lo spazio sarà suddiviso in 4 aree funzionali. La prima area sarà quella del balcone esposto a sud che sarà un salotto e una zona pranzo per trascorrere del tempo in presenza di amici e familiari. Lo spazio avrà una zona lounge con un divano a forma di foglia e 3 comode poltrone con un tavolo firepit al centro. Dall'altro lato dello spazio sarà il tavolo da pranzo e verrà realizzata una cucina esterna integrando il barbecue esistente. Lo spazio sarà coperto da un moderno pergolato che può essere aperto e chiuso in modo che lo spazio possa essere utilizzato in inverno, ci saranno anche facciate in vetro che si aprono e si chiudono per creare una veranda durante i mesi invernali in modo che il cortile sia utilizzato tutto l'anno . Il salottino sarà diviso in due spazi, uno sarà utilizzato come spazio dove i bambini potranno giocare tranquillamente, ci sarà una panchina con sedie e tavoli che si piegano per creare flessibilità nello spazio, questo spazio sarà separato dall'altra metà tramite porte scorrevoli in legno in modo da creare spazio per il bricolage senza intaccare altre zone del giardino. Il vano scala della camera sarà utilizzato per creare armadi e la porta del garage sarà spostata per essere più accessibile dal garage al cortile. Suddiviso in due zone il salottino del cortile crea intimità per la zona della camera matrimoniale, il terrazzo rialzato sarà una zona più intima dove può essere posizionata una vasca idromassaggio e una zona lounge dove è presente il set di divani esistente può essere utilizzata. I materiali che verranno utilizzati saranno il legno per le due terrazze rialzate e le piastrelle nella parte inferiore, le pareti saranno tinteggiate di bianco e il verde sarà una parte importante della decorazione esterna.

The bedroom stairwell will be used to create cabinets and the garage door will be moved to be more accessible from the garage to the courtyard. Divided into two areas of the sitting area of the courtyard creates intimacy for the area of the matrimonial room, the raised terrace will be a more intimate area where a jacuzzi can be positioned and a lounge area where the existing set of sofas can be used.
