Il progetto è stato sviluppato sulla base delle sue indicazioni ma sono molti gli aspetti che mi piacerebbe poter approfondire, il suo giardino con piscina è molto interessante.
L’attuale disposizione della piscina è ottimale in relazione alla casa e agli spazi verdi esistenti. Nel progetto viene creato intorno alla piscina uno spazio in piano, un deck in dogato di legno o composti ecologici. Si accede a questa pedana tramite due scale, una più ampia lato casa che ha un invito dal marciapiede che viene rivestito con lo stesso tavolato in legno, ed una più stretta lato magazzino in modo da creare un circuito.
La zona intorno all’albero esistente risulta la parte più fruibile per le sdraio e un comodo ombrellone. La zona della doccia è stata pensata contro la casa, sia per una questione di riservatezza (resta più bassa) sia per comodità impiantistica. La parte bassa del giardino resta a prato ma l’estensione della pavimentazione in legno anche in una parte della zona bassa permette di vivere anche questo livello con giochi per bambini o altre sedute outdoor.
Lungo la recinzione attuale verso il confinante è prevista la realizzazione di una fioriera in metallo tipo Corten che continua come rivestimento anche contro il muretto con siepe del confine lato magazzino. Si suggerisce l’utilizzo di piante erbacee perenni a bassa necessità idrica all’interno della fioriera in modo che un’irrigazione a goccia sia sufficiente alla manutenzione. Un rampicante come la bouganville o la vite canadese potrebbero arricchire l’attuale recinzione rendendola meno vistosa. Una fioriera è prevista anche sul lato lungo del magazzino, suggerisco di allontanare la terra dal fabbricato onde evitare fastidiosi problemi di umidità.
Le scale e le fioriere alloggiano nella parte bassa delle strip led che definiscono le linee del progetto e creano un’illuminazione diffusa e scenografica. Prevederei sulla pedana e nella parte bassa qualche punto di alimentazione elettrica per poter collocare lampade d’appoggio e casse audio.
La parte sottostante la pedana si può riempire di terreno oppure mantenere vuota con un’idonea struttura di supporto. La seconda opzione, seppur più costosa, può agevolare eventuali manutenzioni e l’inserimento in futuro di elementi diversi.

The project was developed on the basis of your indications but there are many aspects that I would like to be able to deepen, this garden with swimming pool is very interesting.
The current layout of the pool is optimal in relation to the house and the existing green spaces. The project creates a flat space, a wooden slat deck or ecological compounds around the pool. This platform is accessed via two stairs, a larger one on the side of the house which has an invitation from the sidewalk that is covered with the same wooden plank, and a narrower one on the warehouse side to create a circuit.
The area around the existing tree is the most usable part for deckchairs and a comfortable umbrella. The shower area was designed against the house, both for a matter of confidentiality (it remains lower) and for plant convenience. The lower part of the garden remains lawn but the extension of the wooden flooring also in a part of the lower area allows you to experience this level with games for children or other outdoor seating.
Along the current fence towards the neighbor, a Corten-type metal planter is planned to continue as a covering even against the wall with hedge on the warehouse side border. We suggest the use of perennial herbaceous plants with low water requirements inside the planter so that drip irrigation is sufficient for maintenance. A creeper such as bougainvillea or Canadian vine could enrich the current fence by making it less showy. A planter is also provided on the long side of the warehouse, I suggest removing the earth from the building to avoid annoying humidity problems.
The stairs and flower boxes are housed in the lower part of the LED strips that define the lines of the project and create diffused and scenographic lighting. I would provide some power supply points on the platform and in the lower part to be able to place support lamps and audio speakers.
The part below the platform can be filled with soil or kept empty with a suitable support structure. The second option, although more expensive, can facilitate any maintenance and the insertion of different elements in the future.
