Hello, BaLoMa! Hereby is a design project that I hope to join your needs of garden renovation.
Starting from the beginning - the property entrance. As mentioned in the briefcase, the entrance door is made "visible" by adding one more column and two nice plants above. The wall of the neighboring building is proposed to be covered partially by green wall (vertical garden) that in your climate will fit perfectly and will moreover make your nice courtyard greener (and of course there will be no ugly wall no more). The existing paving in front of the main entrance of the house is removed and replaced by green grass and concrete steps (pathway) establishing a nice playground with a sandstone, ongoing to the wooden hut which have a shelter perfect for a young boy's games ( as probably you know or you will know - kids love to have little houses for they own :). And more about kid's needs - a swing attached to the tree and the house in front of the main entrance ...the more fun outside for the child, the happier parenting :)
This design project envisages expansion of the paved area on the southeast side of the house in order to create an outdoor dining area next to the kitchen and living room. In this case the bioclimatic pergola is attached to the balcony upstairs which partially covers the area. There is enough space for movable BBQ to be placed :) and of course one or two of the dog's houses.
