Dear client, two proposals have been made at the level of the complex as shown in the architectural plans of the complex, the first is based on locating the garage at a medium-low level of the height where its construction is located, allowing the creation of a ramp and a work estimated less than what is contemplated, which stairs are located to reach the maximum level of finished floor, large garden and stone terraces are proposed in order to obtain less maintenance, the pool area is divided by a devegetation strip of medium height which offers free views both from the house and from anywhere outside. The second proposal uses the access built from the south, taking advantage of an additional use as a garage by adding a pergola and direct circulation towards the access of the house, obtaining the entire north area with terraces surrounded by landscaped areas respecting the corresponding olive tree lot plan in addition to reduce construction costs of circulation and access ramps, the volume of the house is only an adequate proposal for the views, lighting and connection with the outside
