- An outdoor area has been created with a swimming pool, a relaxation area and a barbeque / bar area covered by a pergola to protect it from the sun.
- A dining table was set up on the eastern side, with green color on the sides.
- The railings have been removed from the existing terrace, to fully extend the solarium and swimming pool area to the same level.
- A light (timbered) structure has been provided for the grill/barbecue and large dining table, whilst maintaining the existing height.
- Some trees have been added to the sides of the pool, the garage and the back of the house
- The swimming pool was designed in an organic shape, as it is more flexible and comfortable for customers, due to its ease of use .
