Dear client, I detail below the most important points of the proposal for the distribution of spaces in your Apartment.

1. As the main objective of the proposal, I plan to conserve the greatest number of walls and axes currently built, this in order to reduce the costs of demolition and new construction.

2. Most of the changes are made in the current kitchen and bathroom area. The kitchen is moved to the shared area with the living room and dining room; In this way a contemporary space without walls is created, however each space is carefully defined.

3. The technical factors of moving the kitchen to a new space are considered, since this movement does not go beyond 4 meters on the same axis of pipes and water intakes currently built.

4. Room number 3 is expanded, this room adjoining the apartment access. Room number 2 and 1 are redistributed, so that large storage spaces are generated. All rooms have more than 12 square meters of area.

5. Two more spacious bathrooms are created, one of them is designed en suite with the main room; the other is strategically located between the other two rooms and can be used by visitors.

6. A service and storage area is created that serves as a complementary area, this is located on the same axis of existing water intakes and drains.

7. The new shared living, dining and kitchen area has more than 45 square meters, where the kitchen becomes the central space between the living area and the formal dining room. By creating a space without physical separations, more use is made of ventilation and natural lighting.

8. Access to the apartment is redirected and storage space is created before entering the living room; This hall is important due to the new protocols to be applied when arriving at the home in a time of global pandemic.

In conclusion, I can say that this proposal manages to separate the public and daytime living areas such as the living room and kitchen from the most private areas such as bedrooms and bathrooms; however a clear and wide connection between these areas is preserved.
