Tenuto conto delle invarianti come l’ingresso, le finestre, le colonne fecali, la struttura portante e l’orientamento geografico, il progetto, come richiesto, introduce alcuni cambiamenti nella disposizione planimetrica dei vari ambienti. L’appartamento è destinato alla vendita, ragion per cui una delle richieste è quella di pensare a soluzioni “generaliste” ovvero pensate per soddisfare le esigenze del più vasto numero di possibili acquirenti. Innanzitutto si è razionalizzata la disposizione degli ambienti attraverso una più netta separazione fra zona giorno e zona notte. Risultato ottenuto spostando la camera che attualmente si trova in prossimità dell’ingresso ed è esposta a nord, nell’angolo a sud cosicché, grazie alla porta-finestra sul lato sud-est sarà anche l’unica delle tre camere da letto a ricevere la luce diretta del sole al mattino (le altre due da mezzogiorno in poi). Al posto della camera spostata è stata prevista la cucina. Il diverso modo che questa ha di rapportarsi con la zona giorno definisce le due soluzioni previste per le cui descrizioni si rimanda alle didascalie sui disegni.
Taking into account the invariants such as the entrance, the windows, the faecal columns, the load-bearing structure and the geographical orientation, the project, as required, introduces some changes in the layout of the various rooms. The apartment is intended for sale, so one of the requests is to think of "generalist" solutions therefore designed to meet the needs of the largest number of possible buyers. First of all, the layout of the rooms has been rationalized through a clearer separation between the living and sleeping areas. This has been achieved by moving the room which is currently located near the entrance and is facing north, in the south corner so that, thanks to the window on the south-east side, it will also be the only one of the three bedrooms to receive direct sunlight in the morning (the other two from midday onwards). Instead of the moved room, the kitchen has been provided. The different way it relates to the living area defines the two planned solutions, whose descriptions can be found in the captions on the drawings.
