Come richiesto l'appartamento è stato diviso in due unità. Si è privilegiato l'appartamento più grande (B) nella scelta della posizione della zona giorno nell'angolo con ampie aperture e con terrazzo vivibile, scelta che ha condizionato la posizione degli altri vani. I vani bagni e cucine di entrambi gli appartamenti sono stati raggruppati nella parte centrale del loft per agevolare la formazione degli impianti. In particolare la zona giorno di circa 42 mq (circa la metà della superficie dell'appartamento) risulta divisa solo con arredi mobili che non raggiungono l’altezza del soffitto in modo che si abbia la sensazione di un unico locale anche volgendo lo sguardo verso l’alto. L’arredo è stato scelto ipotizzando due opzioni: la prima con costi più contenuti, scegliendo elementi di arredo IKEA , la seconda con mobili di design ovviamente di maggiore qualità. Il colore degli arredi è bianco, privilegiando il legno laccato lucido per dare maggiore luminosità al contesto. Si lascia alla sensibilità dell’utente la possibilità di introdurre elementi di colore, come quadri, cuscini, suppellettili, per staccare la sensazione del tutto bianco.

The decor was chosen assuming two options: the first with a lower cost, choosing IKEA furniture, the second with furniture of design, of course with higher quality. The color of the furniture is white, giving priority to the lacquered wood to give greater brightness to the environment. It is left to the sensitivity of the users the possibility of introducing elements of color, such as paintings, pillows, furniture, to remove the feeling of all white.
