La proposta nasce dall’idea di creare un ambiante accogliente e confortevole in modo da offrire confort non solo a chi lavorerà in quegli ambienti ma anche ai clienti che, anche se per poco tempo, saranno ospitati all’interno della nuova hall e degli uffici. La componente vegetale si colloca non solo all’ingresso coperto da pensilina ma anche all’interno dei vari locali così da contribuire al buon microclima interno. Il bancone viene collocato in posizione centrale in modo da avere risalto oltre che valore simbolico, mentre gli uffici in stile open trovano spazio in posizione retrostante e quindi più defilata. Dei comodi divanetti offrono la possibilità di una sosta per una breve attesa mentre alcuni distributori automatici sono utili per fare un break. L’area iniziale a doppio volume è stata pensata per dare risalto a questa nuova hall dallo stile contemporaneo e all’alto impatto estetico; qui i parapetti del ballatoio sovrastante sono realizzati con materiali iconici del posto e si sviluppano fino alla copertura. Inoltre come richiesto l’ingresso al magazzino ha un ingresso dedicato ed è anche collegato internamente con l’ufficio di supporto collocato in posizione adiacente.

The proposal was born from the idea of creating a welcoming and comfortable environment in order to offer comfort not only to those who will work in those environments but also to customers who, even if for a short time, will be hosted inside the new hall and offices. The plant component is placed not only at the entrance covered by a canopy but also inside the various rooms so as to contribute to the good internal microclimate. The counter is placed in a central position so as to have prominence as well as symbolic value, while the open style offices find space in a rear and therefore more secluded position. Comfortable sofas offer the possibility of stopping for a short wait while some vending machines are useful for taking a break. The initial double volume area was designed to highlight this new hall with a contemporary style and high aesthetic impact; here the parapets of the balcony above are made with iconic local materials and extend up to the roof. Furthermore, as requested, the entrance to the warehouse has a dedicated entrance and is also internally connected to the support office located adjacently.
